The S.G.A. Cabinet is the executive arm of Adelphi University's
student government. Its members--the president, executive vice president,
treasurer, vice president, and secretary--are elected by the entire
undergraduate student body during the spring semester elections.
The Cabinet is empowered by the S.G.A. Constitution to oversee, manage, and
enforce all S.G.A. regulations, by-laws, and decisions. Most S.G.A.
legislation and initiatives originate with the Cabinet, which through the
Office of the S.G.A. President sets and maintains the student government's
agenda. The Cabinet is also responsible for organizing and running the
Student Senate, and its members are the primary representatives of the
student body to the administration.

please either call 516.877.6934 or email sga@adelphi.edu to request an
appointment. The Cabinet meets weekly in the University Center.
Meetings are closed except upon prior agreement with S.G.A. president.
